What we use
Rather than traditional cookies, Silver Hollow Way relies on your browser's session storage for a handful of essential values. They make the site usable and nothing more:
- shw_age_ok — remembers that you confirmed you are 18 or older, so the age gate doesn't reappear on every page.
- shw_cookie_ok — remembers that you dismissed this cookie notice.
- shw_credits — stores your virtual-credit balance so it follows you between pages.
What we don't use
- No advertising or marketing cookies.
- No behavioural or cross-site tracking.
- No device fingerprinting.
- No third-party analytics profiles built from your activity.
Managing storage
Because these items live in your browser, you are always in control. Clearing your browser's storage or site data removes them — the only effect is that the age gate will show again and your virtual-credit balance returns to the standard 1,000-credit start.
