Privacy Notice
Silver Hollow Way is built to gather as little as possible. No accounts, no payments, no advertising trackers — so there's little to explain, and we'd rather explain it plainly.

What we store
Silver Hollow Way uses a small amount of storage on your own device. None of it identifies you personally or is collected as a profile:
- shw_age_ok — remembers that you confirmed you're 18+, so we don't ask again during your session.
- shw_cookie_ok — remembers that you acknowledged the cookie notice.
- shw_credits — holds your current virtual credit balance during a visit.
These live in your browser's local or session storage and can be cleared by you any time (see Terms & Cookies).
What we don't collect
We don't ask for your name, email or payment details to play. There are no user accounts. We run no advertising cookies, cross-site trackers or fingerprinting, and we don't sell or share personal data — because we don't gather it.
Server logs
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record basic technical request data (IP address, browser type, time) for security and reliability, retained only for a limited period.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, laws such as the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP) and the EU GDPR give you rights to access, correct or delete personal data held about you. Since Silver Hollow Way keeps no accounts or profiles, there's little to act on in practice — but you're welcome to contact us.
Children
Silver Hollow Way is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. We ask every visitor to confirm their age before entering.
